Howdy guys and gals! Long time, no see!
So, between taking some time to play Bastion, and to return to Skyrim and SWTOR for a bit, I went through several rewrite phases (including a 12,000 word draft and two 1500 word revisions), and I think I finally have the plot and characters where I want them. There is certainly room for the story to change and grow as interest and creative discovery allows, but I wanted to have a good roadmap for where Jackson's Groundlocke could go. On the art side of things, I downloaded a trial of SAI, and I must say I'm impressed. The stabilizing feature makes linework much more fulfilling, and less maddening. I am now working on some rough character designs for the team and getting familiar with the toolbox.
There is a concern that I have regarding this nuzlocke project, though. Looking at my story outline roadmap, it's going to be a lot longer than I had hoped. For my first nuzlocke comic, I really had hoped to start with a manageable project, something that I could conceivably finish in a few months, or maybe a year. However, I have acknowledged that is not going to be the case, but I would still like to give myself the best chance to reach the end. Any thoughts or suggestions would be very appreciated.
